What is Powder Coating and how does it work? 

 

Powder Coating is a free-flowing powder that is applied to metal parts using electricity. After the parts are coated, they are put in an oven where the powder melts and cures, resulting in a coating that is resistant to most chemicals, weather, and is much more durable than conventional paints.​ What colors are available?  We have over 6500 colors with various textures and gloss levels available. Because of the custom nature of our business, any color that we don't currently have in stock can be ordered and a sample can be created for you to look at.

What can be Powder Coated?

 

Any metal part (steel or aluminum) capable of holding an electrical charge and withstanding 500 degrees Fahrenheit can be powder coated.
